Delete Your Account & Data

How to permanently remove your Cross Connect account and personal data.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (fastest)

If you still have access to the app, you can delete your account instantly:

• Open Cross Connect and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
• Confirm the deletion.

This action is immediate and irreversible. All your personal data and content are permanently removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion without app access

If you no longer have access to the app, submit the form below. We will verify your request and permanently delete your account, personal data, and content within 30 days. We'll email you when it's complete.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
• Prayer requests, announcements, and other content you posted
• Any business listings you submitted
• Your congregation membership and role records

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be tied to you may be retained, as described in our Privacy Policy.
